The project was founded in November 2024 as StingerHost and rebranded to Wespner in 2026. We build on the founder's years of experience with server management and infrastructure.
We are a sole proprietor based in the Czech Republic (ICO: 22249371, DIC: CZ9708291978, non-VAT payer). All services are provided under a trade license.

Yes, invoices are automatically generated after each payment and are available in the customer panel.

Players connect using an address in the form domain:port, which you'll find in the game panel. On Minecraft Java servers you can also set up your own free subdomain on mcplay.cz and give that to players instead of an IP address.
All servers run in the OVHcloud datacenter in Germany (Limburg). We currently offer only this single location - we chose it for low latency across Central Europe and strong DDoS protection from OVHcloud.
A combination of modern AMD hardware (Zen 4/5, DDR5, NVMe) and a low sharing ratio - significantly fewer customers per server than most competitors. You get real performance, not just shared resources. OVHcloud infrastructure also provides reliability and DDoS protection (17 Tbit/s).
Game servers and webhosting: at least 1 Gbps network connection (up to 3 Gbps on selected machines). VPS Performance: 1 Gbps. VPS Standard: 3 Gbps. All traffic is unlimited.
We perform automatic internal backups once a day. We keep backups for 1 week and can quickly restore data if needed.
Game servers: In the game panel you can create your own backups, stored in Cloudflare S3 storage. VPS: You configure automatic backups in the dashboard - set the frequency and the number of retained backups - and you can run a manual backup anytime. Web hosting: Automatic incremental backups run daily and store only changed files. You can create a manual backup with one click. When restoring, you choose whether to restore the whole site, just files, a specific database or mailboxes - all directly from the control panel.
Server internet traffic is continuously filtered by the OVHcloud Anti-DDoS system and all malicious traffic is blocked in real-time. The total protection capacity exceeds 17 Tbit/s.
Game servers and web hosting run on modern AMD Zen 4/5 processors (Ryzen / EPYC, up to 5.5 GHz boost), DDR5 memory and NVMe SSD storage. VPS Performance: AMD Ryzen Zen 5. VPS Standard: AMD EPYC Zen 4. All our servers have ECC RAM.
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Yes, the service renews automatically by default. We generate the invoice 7 days before the end of the billing period, but the saved card is only charged on the due date itself - you never pay a day earlier than your prepaid period ends. You can disable auto-renewal anytime in the client area.
On the due date we attempt to charge your saved card. If it doesn't go through, we retry on day 1, 3, and 5 after the due date and send reminder emails. Five days after the due date the service is suspended - the server stops, but your data stays intact. If the invoice is still unpaid 12 days after the due date, the service is cancelled and all data is permanently deleted. That gives you roughly 7 days between suspension and cancellation to sort things out.
A suspended service is temporarily switched off, but your data - worlds, configs, databases and backups - stays in place. Once the invoice is paid, the service starts back up where it left off. Cancellation is final: the server and all data are permanently deleted. If you know you can't pay in time, reach out - we always try to find a reasonable solution.
We handle refunds fairly and case by case. We typically refund duplicate payments, technical errors in the payment system, and auto-renewals where the service wasn't actually used after renewal. We don't refund periods you've actively used, or when a significant part of the prepaid period has already passed. If you don't want the service to renew, just disable auto-renewal in the client area.
We usually respond within hours. We can't guarantee a specific time, but we do our best. We're a small team, not a call center - which is exactly why every ticket matters to us.
We handle tickets 7 days a week and respond as soon as we can. Monitoring runs around the clock and wakes us up if something goes down, so critical issues get fixed right away. Regular questions sent overnight are usually answered in the morning.
Monitoring alerts us automatically - even at night - and we get on it as soon as possible. Compensation is assessed individually based on outage length. We have no formal SLA or automatic compensation.
