Can I install Windows?

Yes, you can upload a custom ISO and install Windows Server. VirtIO drivers are required for proper functionality.

Is traffic really unlimited?

Yes, traffic is truly unlimited. We have no hidden limits or Fair Use Policy.

You configure automatic backups in the dashboard - set the frequency and the number of retained backups. You can also run a manual backup anytime.

Can I upgrade my VPS later?

Yes, you can change your VPS configuration at any time - upgrade or downgrade as needed.

Will you help me with migration?

Migration from another provider is self-service, but we're happy to advise you through our support.

How is pricing calculated for the Cloud tier?

The hypervisor tracks how many cores and how much memory your machines had allocated and for how long they ran. CPU and memory are billed only for the hours the machine was powered on. Disk and IPv4 addresses are billed continuously, since they stay reserved even on a stopped machine. You get an invoice in arrears for what you actually used.

How many virtual machines can I create in a Cloud package?

There's no limit on the number of machines, only on the package's resources. You get up to 24 vCPU, 64 GB memory and 600 GB storage to split however you need.

What's the setup fee on the Cloud tier?

A one-time €20 payment to provision the whole package, not per machine. It's charged at order time, and any additional machines in the package don't carry their own setup fee.

How are backups handled on Cloud?

Three backups are included with the package. You can order up to 50, and each one beyond the included three costs €0.40 per month. Backups are billed monthly, not by usage.

Is Cloud worth it over a classic VPS?

Cloud makes sense when you need several machines and don't want to pay for the ones that aren't running. If one machine running continuously is enough, Standard's fixed monthly price works out cheaper.

What's the private network for?

It connects your servers over an internal network, off the public internet. There are three sizes by address count - /29 at €1.60, /28 at €4.24 and /27 at €9.82 per month.
